Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance on return shipments. A Little Coin Shop, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. To return packages please send unopened in the original packaging it to the following address. Terms of Sale

1. We reserve the right to retract any offer or recalculate prices, shipping, and totals due to input or system errors. Mistakes are made from time to time when trying to maintain this much information and we thank you for understanding.

2. We must collect Virginia Sales tax for all orders mailed within Virginia State. Please keep in mind we do not charge sales tax, we collect it for the State of Virginia as required by law.

3. We reserve the right to request certain items be paid by credit card or money order. However, with most items you will have the choice of paying by credit card, money order, PayPal or personal check. Personal checks may be held for up to 10 business days before shipment is made. Orders placed using credit cards cannot be processed if the credit card cannot be verified. In order for your credit card to be verified, the SHIP TO address for your order MUST match your BILL TO address OR must be listed as an alternate address on your account with your credit card's issuing bank. Orders placed that do not comply with this requirement will be delayed!

4. Overseas orders must be approved. You MUST email us before placing an order for shipment overseas. Orders being shipped overseas are subject to additional terms (mostly regarding shipping/insurance issues) that must be agreed to before we will ship your order!

5. There is a $25 returned check fee applicable to all purchases and invoices. Returned checks will be considered non-payment of invoice and will be subject to collections. We will pursue collection of all unpaid invoices to the fullest extent of the law at the customer's expense. In addition to the original cost of the items and returned check fee, these expenses will include all legal, collection, and court costs.

6. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until payment is made in full. We do not ship Check/Money Order purchases until payment is received. If partial payments are made, the material will not be released until all payments have been received!

7. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, simply return unopened, in original package the item via U.S. Postal Service Insured Mail within ten days of receipt and the item will either be replaced (if a replacement is available) or a refund or in-house-credit will be issued. We are not responsible for any items returned to us without insurance, or for items which do not arrive. Returns must be in same condition as shipped. Coins and other items which are shipped to the customer sealed are not returnable if seal is broken. Some items are subject to a restocking fee.

8. In the event an item is damaged during shipping, the customer agrees to cooperate fully with United States Postal Authorities in any postal insurance claims. Please keep all packaging materials until you are sure your merchandise is not damaged from shipping. The original packaging materials may be needed in the event of a postal insurance claim.

9. There is a $15.00 minimum purchase (total of merchandise before shipping costs and taxes). We do not accept or process orders under $15.00. We will attempt to notify you that your order cannot be processed unless you add something to it, otherwise we will cancel the order.

10. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer of any item at any time for any reason. Rapidly changing inventory levels, discontinued items, change in the prices of fuels & plastics and other factors all affect our ability to continue to offer items in our store for the prices listed. These items are all subject to change without notice.

11. We reserve the right to make adjustments to invoices to cover postage and insurance after an order has been placed. Some orders are shipped directly from our office, others are "drop shipped" from our suppliers and others may be half and half. Drop shipped items may incur additional postage & insurance fees to cover the shipping of your entire order. The online store has no way of determining & calculating this factor, which means it must be determined after the order is placed!

12. Placing an order means you agree to our Terms of Sale. Our Terms of Sale may change when warranted. Please be sure to read our instructions and Terms of Sale before placing any order.
